Large Amounts of Water Vapor to the North East
Which Fueled this Mornings Snow Fall

This morning I was immediately greeted by snow falling outside my window proving my predictions of increased chance in precipitation from yesterday to be accurate. I knew as temperatures continued to warm from the winds bringing in southern air along with the increased presence of water vapor, snow for today was very possible.

Snow fell for several hours throughout the morning pouring down some fairly thick heavy wet flakes. In total we received an approximate of one to two inches. After snowfall ceased, the sky remained covered entirely by gray overcast clouds. Temperatures have been just around freezing throughout the day along with some fairly strong north west winds.

Cold Front Moving Through Bringing Cold Temps for Tomorrow

Tomorrow things will definitely get significantly colder, not only due to the strong north west winds but also due to the fact the north winds have brought down a cold front that will strongly decrease temperatures for tomorrow in comparison to today.
