Brief Escape From the Negatives!

Temperature: 24
Real Feel: 11
Wind: NW 15 mph - Gusts up to 26 mph
Precipitation: 0%
Humidity: 30%

My predictions from yesterday indicated temperatures would increase for today, which was a completely accurate prediction. I am even surprised as to how much temperatures actually increase. I also expected a very light snowfall for either last night or sometime today, which I was also correct in stating, considering the slight snow earlier this morning.

Today started out quite sunny with clear skies, however, the morning soon turned into what looked liked a mini blizzard. Even though the amount of snow we actually received was very minimal, due to the dry air, large gusts of wind made the snow fall appear much worse than it actually was. The brief snow fall lasted less than an hour, and what hit the ground seemed to disappear by mid afternoon. After the light snow fall the skies cleared completely and temperatures were noticeably warmer which was caused by the warm front that recently moved passed. Even with clear skies and warmer temperatures, the northern winds and the large gusts blowing violently through the air, that were apparent this morning, were around for the entire day.

Temperatures Out of the Negatives
I would expect tomorrow to cool down once again, considering the cold front that is moving through. Also, winds are continuing to bring down that polar continental air from the north which will cause temperatures to decrease as well.  With the lack of water vapor present in the air and the temperature decrease, chances of precipitation will also remain minimal for the next few days.
