Lazy Sunday and Monday Wrap Up

Sunday RECAP

Temperature: 0
Real Feel: -8
Wind: NW 11 mph
Precipitation: 20%
Humidity: 59%

Sunday unfortunately was a fairly lazy day, and despite the sunny weather I was not feeling motivated to do much. If I remember my observations from yesterday I was accurate in predicted a slight decrease in temperatures. And when reviewing the specific temperatures recorded yesterday it does appear that temperatures did in fact decrease.

Despite the slightly colder temperatures the sun was shining all day, with little to no cloud cover. There was no precipitation and winds were moderate coming from the north. The winds, which have been blowing from the north the day prior to Sunday as well, explains the drop in temperatures. Nothing to exciting to report for Sundays weather conditions.

Monday Conditions

Temperature: 7
Real Feel: -10
Wind: S 14 mph
Precipitation: 50%
Humidity: 45%

Strong Winds Over Wisconsin
Today has been exceptionally sunny just as it was yesterday. Throughout most of the morning there was no cloud cover, but partial cloud cover began to form during this afternoon. All and all its been a bright and sunny day, with no type of precipitation. Temperatures have slightly increased from yesterday, however, it doesn't necessarily feel like it considering wind chills are still in the negatives. Despite the wind chill, it is hopeful to see the wind direction has changed and is now coming from the south. This is a good sign indicating temperatures to increase, even if only a little bit.

Enough Water Vapor for a Light Snow Fall
With the southern winds bringing in warmer air, I am hopefully predicting an increase in temperatures for tomorrow. In addition to the increase, I am also predicting an increase in precipitation and some possible snow. As the air warm up and enough water vapor is present, as It will be within the next 24 hours, I can predict s a light snow fall.
